The new Country Representative of CRS Ghana, Abena Amedormey, embarked on a familiarisation visit to the Navrongo-Bolgatanga Catholic Diocesan Development Organisation (NABOCADO) and various project sites in the Upper East Region, including the Tarikom Asylum Seekers Reception and Settlement Center.
During her visit, she engaged in meaningful discussions with the Bishop of the Navrongo-Bolgatanga Catholic Diocese, Most Rev. Alfred Agyenta, and staff of NABOCADO, emphasising her commitment to strengthening the partnership established by her predecessor.
At the Tarikom Center, supported by UNHCR Ghana, she had the opportunity to interact with both the managers and asylum seekers, assuring them of CRS’s commitment to enhancing their living conditions through innovative programmes. She also visited the Tarikom primary school and CHPS compound, witnessing first-hand the impact of our collaborative efforts.
