NABOCADO hosted a valuable training session for our staff on our Safeguarding Policy and Staff Code of Conduct.
Led by Rev. Father Francis Adagyine, Focal Person for the Diocese, and Rev. Sister Bernardine Pemii, a diocesan safeguarding team member, the training aimed to refresh our team’s understanding of and commitment to best practices in their roles.
This initiative aligns with the Catholic Church’s standards and international guidelines for organisations involved in livelihood, development and emergency response services.
