NABOCADO's exhibition stand was the centre of attraction at the 41st Upper East Regional Farmers' Day celebration hosted in the Talensi District.
The stand showcased:
Sustainable Agriculture produce from selected smallholder farmers
District Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan (CAAP) maps
A gallery of project activities and impacts under the Strengthening of Smallholder Farmers' Resilience Against Climate Change (SCRAS) Project
The SCRAS Project, funded by MISEREOR of Germany, continues to support farming communities to adopt sustainable agriculture practices that enhance food security, nutrition and climate resilience across the Diocese.
During his visit to the stand, the Upper East Regional Minister, Hon. Donatus Atanga Akamugri, commended NABOCADO's commitment to promoting local innovations and indigenous practices in advancing sustainable agriculture.
Following his visit, the NABOCADO stand drew even more attention, with many participants stopping by to learn, interact and appreciate the results on display. Ayekoo to all farmers!
