NABOCADO has partnered with the Diocese of Madison in the USA for the “Dry Season Gardening in the Diocese of Navrongo-Bolgatanga, Ghana” project.
This collaboration aims to improve nutrition security and income for rural households in the Diocese, addressing the challenges posed by climate change and a lengthy dry season.
As part of the project, the Livelihood and Advocacy Directorate of NABOCADO will establish and expand solar-mechanised gardens in 5 communities, support farmers, and roll out initiatives to empower women for holistic family care towards a sustainable future for rural Ghana.
We are grateful for the generous commitment of the Diocese of Madison to impact lives in vulnerable communities. Together, we can ensure that women and children live and grow in dignity and respect, as preached by the Church.
