Monitoring and Evaluation systems are critical in the planning, implementation and assessment of projects and interventions, especially in emergency response operations.
For this reason, CRS Ghana, through the EMPOWER project, has built the capacities of selected NABOCADO staff on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) applications such as CommCare and Power BI at a three-day workshop.
This has equipped staff with knowledge of these important tools and their operation techniques, aimed at enhancing their skills in all-round project management.
Gildas M. Anago, MEAL and IM Technical Assistant at the Catholic Relief Services West Africa Regional Office (WARO), was the lead facilitator, with coordination assistance by Michael Ayamga, MEAL Officer of NABOCADO.
