The Good Governance, Justice and Peace Directorate of NABOCADO held a one-day training session for Border Monitors and Community Peace Agents from communities along the Ghana-Burkina Faso border.
This engagement, part of the Sahel Peace Initiative (SPI 2.0) funded by Catholic Relief Services and coordinated by the National Catholic Secretariat, aims to address the challenges posed by violence in the Sahel, which has forced many to seek refuge in Ghana, and likely threats to peace and security.
Through this training, we are building knowledge and capacity to foster peace and support for those affected by conflict. Together, we are creating a more peaceful and supportive environment for our communities.
