Guiding the strategic direction, governance, and oversight of NABOCADO to promote human dignity, peace, and sustainable development.

The Most Rev. Alfred Agyenta, Bishop of the Navrongo-Bolgatanga Catholic Diocese, on Friday, 19th December 2025 officially inaugurated a new 11-member Governing Board of the Navrongo-Bolgatanga Catholic Diocesan Development Organisation (NABOCADO).

The new Board takes over from the Prof. David Millar–led Board, whose tenure over the past three years was marked by remarkable institutional growth and transformation. Under their leadership, NABOCADO developed and implemented several impactful organisational policies, expanded strategic partnerships, and attained nationwide recognition.

The outgoing Board also successfully steered NABOCADO through a comprehensive rebranding process, strengthened its visibility, and oversaw a smooth leadership transition from Dr. Joseph Ayembilla to Dr. Joseph Bangu as Executive Director.
